RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your order, however if something isn't quite right, please read instructions below for next steps.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email shopfromfern@gmail.com and we will provide you with the returns form and address.

Please note orders placed in any sale are only available to return for store credit or exchange items.

Any returns or exchanges must be sent back to us in the same condition you received them in, unworn and unwashed with tags on, and including the returns form inside the package. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive back the item, we will process your refund, or the exchange will be sent out to the same address as the original order. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to get back to you.​​

Orders placed anytime from 26th November will have an extended returns/exchange period and can be returned or exchanged up until 9th January.
