There will be no postage from 2nd July to 13th July.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. You can still place your orders as normal, and all orders received during this period will be dispatched on Monday, 13th July.

UK ORDERS

£5.00 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days from dispatch)

£6.00 - Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days from dispatch)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

£15 - Europe

£20 - Rest of World

Please allow up to 10 working days for these to be delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your order, however if something isn't quite right, please read instructions below for next steps.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email shopfromfern@gmail.com and we will provide you with the returns form and address.

Please note orders placed in any sale are only available to return for store credit.

Any returns or exchanges must be sent back to us in the same condition you received them in, unworn and unwashed with tags on, and including the returns form inside the package. The customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Once we receive back the item, we will process your refund, or the exchange will be sent out to the same address as the original order. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to get back to you.

Any returns sent W/C 22nd June will be processed on Tuesday 30th June.
