Please bare in mind that this is an incredibly busy time of year, not only for small businesses but also posting services so some packages can unfortunately be delayed. We try our best to make sure this doesn't happen but please hold tight, your order will reach you!

If you want your order guaranteed before Christmas, then please order before 18th December. Orders after this date are not guaranteed to arrive in time.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that occasionally your order may not be perfect for you, so we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item please email shopfromfern@gmail.com and we will provide you with the returns form and address.

Any returns or exchanges must be sent back to us in the same condition you received them in, unworn and unwashed with tags on. Once we receive back the item, we will process your refund or the exchange will be sent out to the same address as the original order.

EXTENDED RETURNS DATE: We know lots of orders at this time will be for Christmas presents, so we have extended the returns/exchanges deadline until the 6th Jan.
